I have been living in the same apartment for nearly a decade now and have had no complaints about my land lord. If I need something repaired it is fixed quickly. Sometimes the same day that I called in the repair request. They are understanding and compassionate and I recommend them to others often. I have known the landlord for sometime now and she has never been anything but respectful and professional in all of our conversations. My neighbors have come and gone and they have all been pleasant as well. With them only leaving to move into houses with yards for their pets, not because of management. I couldn't ask for a better landlord
